Did you know we offer a Deluxe Welcome Package consisting of 3 Personal Pilates Training sessions to get you started with your individualized program. These 3 sessions will help you learn the basics of Pilates safely and at your own pace, after which you may choose to either continue with Personal Pilates Training and/or take group classes.
Personal Pilates Training when YOU want it!
You are busy. We understand how challenging it can be to juggle work, family and other commitments, let alone find time to work out! Therefor we have introduced Personal Pilates Training hours* to allow you to train at times convenient to you.
*Private sessions for 2-6 must be booked as a group. Booking is not available to individual students.
**Open Semi-private can accommodate up to 6 students, booking individually. This option is open to advanced students only and requires instructor’s permission.
